​Theresa is a Dementia Care Specialist with a bachelors degree in dementia care. She has worked in this field for the past 8 years and has become an expert in the field of Younger Onset Dementia. Theresa provides training for service providers, aged care homes and private families. 

​Hannah is a clinical nurse, She has working across a broad range of hospital environments over the past 12 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the ICS team. Hannah joined our community team late in 2023 and is now an integral part of our business.
